Esta actividad fue una clase de introducción al Pranayama pensada para apneístas, la clase se realizó en la escuela Kaivalyayoga de Barcelona y se compuso de alumnos con distinto nivel, uno de los más experimentados reconoció el Pranayama como “el principio de la apnea”. Salieron satisfechos y con material para trabajar a diario hasta asimilar lo aprendido, más adelante nos plantearemos una segunda sesión.
La próxima actividad se realizará el 6 de febrero y será el 1er Monográfico de Salvamento destinado a apneistas, pescasubs y submarinistas. El monográfico pretende enseñar, con teórica y práctica, las técnicas básicas de salvamento en caso de emergencia en el agua. Este se realizará en el Poliespotiu Municipal de Besòs (Sant Adrià de Besòs) y su precio es de 20€ por persona.
